The location was very convenient. It was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were attentive, and i appreciated their help with directions. my room was clean and well-kept. the view from the rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Though the space was small.

the coffee shop's early closing time at 2pm was a little inconvenient for an afternoon coffee.

the location is very convenient. it is close to rogers centre and the cn tower. the waterfront location is great. i liked the fast service i had from the hotel staff.

The lobby felt underwhelming. there were no restrooms available while waiting to check in. I had to use the facilities in the sports bar next door instead. the tv didn't allow casting from a mobile device, difficult to use streaming apps. the room wasn't suitable for working, the lighting was poor.

The tv didn't allow casting from a mobile device. i found it hard to use streaming apps. the room lacked a proper desk setup. The lighting was also poor.
